Two points.

1. There are REAMS of posts about the cosmetic effects of the MMA. Just do some searches and a lot will come up.

2. Moving both upper and lower is actually a smaller cosmetic change than if you move just the lower. It is a much bigger surgery.

3. The short answer is...of people who have had the MMA, 48 percent say no significant change. Another 48 percent say significant change, but they look better. Four percent are unhappy. That is it in a nutshell.

Dental appliances work sometimes, but they can mess up your jaw. Worth trying if its between just moving the lowers. Give it a shot.
