Thank you, this is the information I am looking for. Information to help me make an accurate and well informed decision..

Perhaps some computer image projections would help. I also have another OS I'm visiting soon to see what he says, as well. I've visited several doctors about my options but have had trouble finding one that does jaw surgery for sleep apnea and has got some training and experience in it (like the one I have now).

I will look up some posts about the cosmetic side.
