I went back and reread MikeinBoston's comment and it was right on. If you read the research and talk a physician who keeps up with the research you will be advised that just a mandible advancement probably won't fix your apnea. The cosmetic effect won't be as balanced either.

So, please, listen to the advice posted on this forum - especially from the "old timers" that graciously give of their time and experience to help those of us that are still in the process.
