If you have a large disposable income, I would go with some of the guys in CA that are mentioned again and again.

If you don't, there are plenty of other great surgeons out there. But the fact that your guy says just moving the lower will fix this, tells me he may not be one of them.

Now, I am no surgeon, but my guy, and the top guys other people go to, all say that the lower won't be enough.

As for cosmetic issues, put in a search on Summer. She has an interesting story.

While the surgery is huge, the cosmetic impact really is minimal.
