I had my arcbars removed yesterday. Doctor also did radio frequency of my nose. My nose got more devaited after the surgery.

I had to go back to the hospital to get the arcbars removed(outpatient surgery), but it was not that bad. They just sedated me.

As far as my sleep apnea I think it is better, but it is too early to say. I still feel like i have a flu or something. I talked to one doctor and he told me that Anesthesia has this affect on some people. last time I had
surgery, I felt the same way for about 2 months.
I think the operation was successful, I don't feel my airways collapsing before going to sleep anymore. Perhaps I will see the results in about a month or so once I go back to feeling 'normal'.
