I haven't read all your postings, however, you note extreme loud snoring which is consistent with moderate to severe sleep apnea. If I'm reading it correctly, you are saying that you have very little sleepiness. So why are you going for surgery that will effect your bite. If it is just the snoring that is the problem there are surgeries that will fix the snoring without moving the jaw. But they will not fix osa.
Just a note, images of the airway while awake do not show all areas of obstruction during sleep, even if you are laying down.
