If you are just wanting to treat snoring, I would agree that there may be other options. I had a UPPP and it totally cured my loud snoring - but after 6-12 months my OSA came back fully.

One thing to be aware of - if you are trying to get insurance coverage for the MA (mandibular advancement) it might be tough if your apnea is only mild. And I doubt any insurance company would pay for advancement for snoring only...
