The part about there being no peer reviewed articles seems worrysome to me. What about MMA first? Wait about a year till everything settles down. See how it goes. You can always get tongue reduction later. MMA has a high success rate. It enlarges the airway. Perhaps you may not need the tongue reduction if it is successful.
