post mma 6th day need a lot of help

I'm just going to throw out there whats been going on with me in the past six days. I had my surgery last friday. since then im still extremely swollen, the drooling hasn't subsided, i havent had a bowel movement since the day before surgery, and I've become really sad and depressed. Anyone have similar symptoms?
