I would concur with going for the best, even if it involves travel.

If the outcome were less than satisfactory, then you might doubt your decision forever.

If you can find someone in your area, great. But the bottom line is that you need to have UTMOST confidence in your surgeon.

It's a lot easier to do that when you are going to the Mecca of MMA...
