Thanks for the info. The pain had gone away until i had new rubber bands put on yesterday. Also, the bands were positioned more aggressively on my lower jaw; to help pull the bottom jaw forward and help fix the bite. Today it seems that the pain has subsided quite a bit from the bands. Now i am at generalized soreness, where the stitches are and my jaws.

Also, i forgot to say how much my jaws were advanced. That might have played a role with the pain. The top jaw was 5 mm and the bottom was 10mm on one side and 12 on the other.
