I could get it set up to keep lifting to very small weights but it all depends on the season. It sounds like I would be homebound for at least a couple of weeks although we do have a county bus.

When I had hernia surgery the doc said 20 pounds for 6 weeks and that's what I did but I had to schedule it for fall.
