How did the MMA cause your deviated septum? I am concerned this may have happened to me. i had the UPPP a while ago to take care of the deviated septum and it was much better. After the MMA (30 days ago)i have a concave septum. Its feels like the inside of a spoon in the right nostril and in the left nostril its the space is the same but its tight.
