Actually, I'm not sure that your REM numbers are that low - but the stage 3 and 4 numbers certainly are!

I seem to recall my REM being in the 10-12% range, and the sleep tech said that was just fine. Yours might be lower, but not drastically.

But it looks like you are spending NO time in stage 3 and 4 - that seems odd.
