Geniotubercle screw loose?

I am 10 months post-MMA/GA and something has recently become loose in my chin. I think perhaps it is the screw that holds the bone that was cut during my geniotubercle advancement. I have placed a call to my surgeon's office but it's a holiday weekend so I might not hear back for a few days.

Has this ever happened to anyone? Did you have to have surgery to fix it? What was involved in the surgery - was it local or general anesthesia, did you have to stay in the hospital, etc.
