Sorry I have been away. I am having MMA surgery in Dallas on
February 24th. My orthodontist in St. Louis is one of the top
ones in the country. I talked to him about TMJ surgery at the
same time as the MMA. He said that LW in dallas is the only one
who has the experience and skill to do the surgery. He said for
TMJ and MMA there is no one else in the country to consider. So
it is not surprising that he is the only one willing to do it. If it is
ok with Sandman, I can put you in touch with that orthodontist.
He has experience with the best oral maxillofacial surgeons in
the country.
