It's been amazingly quiet lately. I hope that's because we're all catching up on our sleep. One year, two months post-MMA, I can now get sleep but wake up on my belly often. My neck and shoulders can get quite sore (I can not sleep lying on my back), but, I sleep! I may see doctor about genioglossal advancement or get 'scoped for epiglottus (sp?) issues some day soon. Feeling in my jaws is close to "normal" if you don't count the lower right chin area. My bite is getting better with braces and my incisors finally can touch. It feels wierd when they do touch and it will be some time before I relearn to bite food. Chewing is no problem. I do avoid things like "jaw-breakers." Best of all, I get some sleep! Thanks to the group for morale boost and other support. Keep up the good work.
