Well, that's all before the fact. Also, I've done the "in-network" search before, but that doesn't work very well. No way of knowing if those doctors on the lists are competent about OSA. And if your first goal is to find a competent doctor who knows about OSA, sleep endoscopy, etc, etc, then you'll go see him. EX: People often get recommendations to go see the docs at Stanford. But they aren't "in-network" with any insurance. So you hope your insurance covers some or most of the costs of a Stanford treatment. So the question was, what the appeals process is that most ppl try to do with out-of-network surgical procedures.
