Re: pillow - I use a sleep pillow distributed by Tempurpedic (spelling might be off). It is a foam pillow that curves up to accomodate the neck joint. I haven't had neck pain in ten years after switching to this pillow! I even bought a small travel version. There might be something offered in the sleep store on this site.
