Hi, I have had a couple devices made for me. Had a split study done and with the first device, the results were worse than the initial test (no cpap, no device). I'd be concerned about how the devices might affect teeth, alignment, etc in the longer term. When you mention tmj, etc, do you have this now or worry that the devices will contribute to this ?

note to captin c, i'm going to see the person we discussed in Calif... any advice / suggestions for that visit ?
