Thanks for all the input. The attack starts off like acid reflux, goes to the left chest and goes completely around the torso, seems to hit real hard in chest area and also on the spine area. Hard to breath and takes 45 to 1hr to go away. I have only had these attacks when I have hives. I do not sweat or feel nausa and have them while sitting down relaxing. Went to have sonagram today will find out soon. As far as hives, I had them in 95 and 97 was diagnosed as chronic hives from UC Davis Medical center. Zyrtec at that time was the only miracle drug that took care of them, this time it does not have an effect on them. Will let you know how the sonagram turns out. Freddybush
