Thanks much. My chin is neither strong or weak. It's pretty much in the middle and from the side, upper and lower are even. And only very slightly behind the line of my forehead.

MMA first was pretty much the approach I want to take. Not only becuase MMA seems to have (by far) the greatest chance of true success. But also because it's at least possible that an MMA might mess up the nose and/or other soft tissue. In which case I'd have those surgeries TWICE if I did any of those now.

However, if I get the recommendation from an experienced surgeon I would certainly consider having the septum done as well as tonsils perhaps.
