Gremlin, my heart goes out to you. I guess yours is really a special case, with the kinds of complications I didn't experience with my MMA. I hope and pray that everything will fall into place with the efforts you're making (bluecross,etc). Reading the other responses to your posts, it sounds like Dr LW is getting good recommendations. You even have other maxillo-facial surgeons recommending him, etc.
