Micheal:
I too have severe sleep apnea for about the last two years.
Remember All this takes time mma what to do etc and time is of the essence.
If i had it all over to do again I would of gotten a Temperary Trac. until I figured out what to do.
If you get a temp trac people may fell sorry for you...otherwise i think the will think you are lazy...I lost all my friend, girl friend and family because the thought i was crazy and lazy. but remember a trac has risks check them out,and with a temp trac if sleep apnea is causing yur tiredness you will have more energy to get a MMA etc...it all takes time,
However, all of us are different after seeing 6 sleep doctors i figure out(by my self)to have the leak alert turned on on the cpap turned on.
There are ways to check the leak on the cpap.
I would wake up with the leak alert and check the mask fitting on the cpap and it was excellent.
so i figure out it was a mouth leak..no doctor see to even care about that.
It never help me getting a full face mask by resmed the have a safty feature on them so if he machine turns off for some reason you will not rebreath CO2 which could kill you (please check this out beause there is always the risk and i am not sure if this is true). (or chin straps but it might work for you). one good one i think is the mirage liberty full face mask by by resmed,
I just read a study that if you have a mouth leak your still tired. Maybe that is you problem.
you said the by pap help that is a good sign nothing help me.
