I found that Carnation Instant Breakfast was wonderful. It tasted great and blended well. It was especially wonderful when I added a scoop of ice cream to the mix.

The Bullet blender is just the ticket for post-op. Also a buy a fine seive because solids that you don't strain out you will have to clean out of your teeth while you are banded shut.

Be sure to eat all the chewy, difficult to chew foods that you enjoy now because it will be a while before you can manage chewy stuff for a while.
