New research out there?

I know this may be out there, but has anyone heard of any research or new methodology for OSA and UARS treatment? I know that there had been some hope that Remeron might lower the AHI, but I haven't heard much about it lately. Obviously MMA is the cutting edge treatment with the best success ratio, however I was wondering if there is any research going on for a less invasive procedure? You know, the super-duper outpatient procedure that hasn't been invented yet!
