Such a list will be pointless. The best thing to do is to ask the doctors directly and discuss this with them. When I had the GA done, it was with a doc who was a professor at a well-known University medical school. I told him straight out that I wanted him to do the surgery and NOT have students involved. I didn't want to be a "genny pig" for his surgical interns or medical students. He said not to worry. He has both his own private practice as well being a prof at the University medical school. He was planning to do this thru his own private practice and use experienced docs to assist him. It wouldn't be thru the University where surgical interns would be involved.

You just need to communicate directly with the doc and make it clear what you want. Alot of good docs are often associated with University medical schools. (If I'm not mistaken, I believe the Stanford docs teach at Stanford University, but it's pretty clear they do most of these surgeries thru their own private practice, especially if visit them at their private practice office. Not sure what really happens if you go thru the University medical system first, but as far as I know most ppl don't go thru that system to visit them. They go directly to their private practice office when visiting them. At least that's what I did.).
