I am having a hard time trying to figure out id i should have sometime called Counterclockwise rotation or move jaw straight out.

I read that Counterclockwise rotation is not as stable and could cause problems.

I think medical papers that said the risk Counterclockwise rotation could cause more of a risk of TMJ pain espically if you have click or TMJ pain already.

My Sleep apnea oral appliance denist goes to meeting every year....he is certified also and a great guy....he already knows that the oral apliance he sold me was causing clicking in my tmj (also caused my joint to sort of pop out when eating a big sandwich) so he made me a tongue suction divise for cost...

None worked and he knows that..so he is not trying to sell me anything.

He went to this sleep apnea big meeting and and said Dr. P from Atlanta Ga who report the 100 percent rate he had an stuff.

The next doctor go up (a pain medicine dentist from stanford) who said that is all great. But he said at Stanford they are finding that there are a lot of people that lives are ruined because of TMJ pain My dentist gave me his email address and he wrote or said to me and there is nothing he can do for them.

But then he was trying me to get his oral appliance for OSA that has help him personally and is a newer type approved by the FDA...however it moves your lower jaw forward and does other things that i though would not help me.
