I have read your blogs with great interest. I have a long history of OSA symptoms. CPAP only made my symptoms much worse. A few months back, when attempting to be fitted for a dental appliance, the ENT determined that I had a irregular shaped epiglottis. The ENT and my Sleep Doc had not encountered this before and did not have any suggestions as to what to do next.

They were not familiar with laser partial epiglottidectomy as a treatment for OSA. I know you can't give specific names oh this blog, but is there someplace I can go or somewhere I can phone to determine who/where I can get evaluated for this type of procedure and, if appropriate, have it performed?
