Congratulations. Your results are excellent. Very few people would get an AHI of five or below. That is a cure by definition. You no longer have sleep apnea.

I want to ask you about your decision not to opt for UPPP. You said that you turned the option down after reading the discussion on this forum. I would like to ask you if you were encouraged to get UPPP and what your Doctor RR said about your decision not to get it. For a long time, I have suspected that UPPP does many (but not all) people more damage than it does good because it causes narrowing of the pharnyx/upper airway due to scar tissue formation. What are your thoughts on that?
