Glad to hear that you are already happily married to a wonderful woman. As for others who might not be so fortunate and are worrying about the trade-off of potential losses in physical appearances, I'll volunteer an a funny observation: I have found that most women couldn't care less about men's facial features anyway. They are far more attracted to men which big muscles, strong ambitions, powerful positions and...especially deep pockets.
