Captin:

You are truely wonderfull....I did send him an email at the university with x-rays attached.

I am from the United States but after seeing doctors of every type it seem to me (my opinion) money is very important to them and it seems like i cant get a straight answer or a answer that they agree on..and they seem parnoid of being sued or something...like who would win a suit anyhow.

But that is what I want a surgeon with a heart of gold...a doctor who cares A doctor that that I can tust. And will look at me as a total person. An Dr G sounds like that doctor...the health system is Canada is not is not like the United States.

Also I had lower jaw advancement surgery 21 years ago...Dr P in said to me never did a redo and did not want to start with me. Then there are other surgeon what just graduated that will do me...it is scary.

Did you have counterclockwise rotation where lower jaw moves futher than the upper, because my jaw are out there now...but is get all different kinds of opinions on that too from surgeons

I have read that if you have tmj problems that there is more risk with MMA surgery, My oral appliance doctor who goes to this big sleep apnea meeting said he heard at one meeting a pain doctor got up a spoke after DR P in Atlanta and said that sounds great...but we at Stanford have found that a lot of people get TMJ pain that ruins there life...I use to use the TAP oral appiance and my TMJ that i had to get off because my TMJ started to out of the socket when eating a big sandwich for fur months after I stopped the oral appliancc and I had clicking in my TMJ for about a year after the oral appliance for a year additionally at the dentist office i had a tooth fixed and I was getting pain from opening my mouth for so long.

Regarding soft tissue I have had about 8 surgeries by ENT surgeons and I keep on getting worst.
