I wish I had the words to describe accurately what can go awry with my speech. It's not chronic, and I haven't figured out what triggers "this loss of control" in the mouth although I do think "dry mouth" is a factor. It's subtle in that I don't think anyone else is as aware of it as I am. I bet one consultation with a speech pathologist would capture what's going on.
