Hi, I'm almost through initial orthodontic treatment and looking at MMA in about six months. I was wondering if anyone who's been through this particular mill could pass on some words of wisdom as to what I can do to make life easier both at operating time and beyond. It's been nine months since I was first told I need the surgery and suddenly it seems so much more real. I don't mind telling you I'm actually pretty scared.
