Gypsey Rover. I like that moniker. You wouldn't be a fan of the
Clancy Bros and Tommy Makem would you? ...Gypsey rover,
come over the hill...he whistled and he sang 'till the green
woods rang...and won the heart of a lady"As for you question. I have indeed been through that mill. I
would say that my advice/insight would be to tell you that
things are going to get very much better for you soon, and to
hold on. Be patient. The other piece of advice is to be realistic about what is going to
happen. Don't let your hopes rest on MMA being a "cure". For
some it is a true statistical cure (AHI <5.0) for many others, it is
a very significant drop in apnea (e.g. reduction by 50%, 60%,
70%,80%,90% etc.), and that is a very good thing. It makes their
apnea manageable. On the whole, it is going to be good. You
won't regret it.Only one last thing: TV. Get all the channels. Enjoy your
recovery in style!
