I am about 3 months post UPPP and I am very happy with my results. I had my tonsils out, uvula trimed and soft palate work done.

I am 36 Yrs old
male
6'3"
220

I have been using a C PAP for 4 years and finally had enough. I have been sleeping great and have had no problems. I can't even simulate a snoring sound.

I had no other issues that my ENT could see that this procedure would not resolve. No strange formations of my throat, nasal passages straight as an arrow and jaw is where it should be. This procedure alone may not resolve your issues, but it did for me. I also think loosing weight affected it too.

I thing I didn't expect was how much the surgery took out of me. I thought I'd be back in 1 week, but my body definately made it 2 weeks before I could go back to work.

Good luck!!
