Apnea relapse; Minimum AHI for MMA?

Been a long time since I posted, but here goes:

Had modified-UP3, genioglossus advancement, and tonselectomy almost 2 years ago. Post-op showed improved AHI from 52/hr to 5/hr. Blood Sa02 went from ~84% to aroung 94%.

I developed PLMD, or discovered it, and had another sleep study last wk. The results came back and said my AHI has gone back up to 13/hr, and my Blood Sa02 went as low as 79%. Ouch!

I am much more tired over the last 6 months, and suspect my apnea is worse on given nights, and as all know, a sleep study is not the typical nights sleep.

I go next wk for more surgery reccomendations, and am wondering is there a minimum AHI for recommending MMA? I assume my surgeon will not do Hyoid as I've had the GA. I want to go ahead and have the MMA, as I suspect my apnea will only relapse worse in the future.

Any thoughts guys?
