4 months ago I had an MMA with no prior soft-tissue work. Subjectively, it doesn't seem to have made a big improvement in my apnea. I do still have a large soft palette and uvula.

The roof of my mouth felt like stretched leather for a couple of weeks after the surgery. Now my mouth has recovered and feels fine.
