The post is here:

Oops! I meant to say "after my sleep STUDY next Monday" :-)
I have now done the study but I won't receive the results for another couple of weeks. At the sleep study, I felt like I slept fairly lightly, and did not have any dreams that I could remember. This is unusual because I usually dream extensively in the morning hours. I woke up feeling not too shabby, which is unusual because I usually wake up feeling awful. So I am skeptical that this sleep study represents a true snapshot of my average night's sleep.
I wore my wristwatch pulse-oximeter to the study. It indicated that I had about 3 desats per hour, most into the mid-90's with the lowest being 88%. I've been wearing the oximeter to bed for a few weeks now and usually in the morning hours I'll average 5 to 7 desats per hour, with most in the low 90's and some going to the mid 80's.
