Thank you Brandy for the words of encouragement. For some
reason I thought it would be speedier but instead like you did I
find myself up almost all night trying to fall asleep because of
the discomfort. Im a singer, and this is like absolute
torture...well except for the better breathing part. I can tell it
didnt effect my voice if at all but I cant really voice loudly
obviously and Im shouldnt at all at this point. Sigh....

I really appreciate the battle you went through and all other
MMA'ers. It is truly a marathon...that I want to win!!! Its a day by
day positive mental energy thing and thank you for cluing me in.
I was kind of getting a little depressed because some people
sounded like after 2 weeks it was all roses and still I am in
discomfort.

Thank you. I dont regret the MMA because at 35 years old there
is no way I could live the rest of my life with UARS/OSA getting
worse since it was already destroying my life and I was useless.
Now I can breathe clearly even on my back and I cant wait for
my sleep study in the future.

Hears to healing!
