Hi:
Hope you are doing well. its been a while since I have posted in this forum. I had MMA about 11 months ago and
all my teeth and upper and lower gum are still numb.
for those of you who had MMA how long did it take for the
numbness to go away?
My doctor told me today that if it the sensation does not come back after one year, it might stay numb for the rest of my life.

I am kind of bummed about it and I am starting to worry.
he didnt mention anything about this before the surgery.
My sleep apnea index went from 40 to 10 so my sleep apnea is a lot better. however, I still have a deviated septum
and a bit of an overbite I have to deal with. If i have to do it all over again, I wish that I never knew I had sleep apnea. My life was so much better then. I have not been the
same person both physically and emotionally after my MMA.
