Nice posting. Glad to hear you are making very good progress. In fact, it sounds like you are actually ahead of (average) schedule.
During the first three months healing, things can come and go and change fairly rapidly. Just realize the transitory nature of it and you'll do fine.
I think for many of us (myself definitely included) the mental aspect was the toughest. I remember during the first week thinking "I made a HUGE mistake having this surgery - now I will pay for it the rest of my miserable life!" Of course, a few days later everything started looking so much more hopeful.
Only a month out of surgery, your blood pressure is likely elevated and will fluctuate wildly. Be careful moving suddenly. The dizziness should abate soon.
I am also a singer and was concerned about negative (or even unexpected) voice changes. None. I think this is where it pays to have a top expert on the case.
Your sleep architecture is probably very messed up from years of OSA. This can also take some time to re-regulate. Your body spent all those years adjusting to one physiology; now it needs to re-adjust.
