learian, if you had your pharyngeal lift let me know how it went. I had the same procedure with Dr. KL last July. I have been pleased with the result, however I am still not where I want to be AHI-wise. Only post-op problem I had was eating, but that was to be expected. My uvula was left in place and the whole procedure was pretty conservative. I am contemplating another nasal surgery and an oral device. Let me know if you have questions.
