I had an MMA earlier this year that failed to produce improvement, and I have a large, low-hanging palate. So soft-tissue surgery could be an option if deemed appropriate. Or maybe someone will tell me that it's my epiglottis that's obstructing, or my tongue, or my appendix :-) I'm trying to get a few opinions before making the next step.
