Having surgery isn't always a fun thought but, as someone
mentioned, you are young, and if you can I would take care of it
sooner rather than later.

I think your thought process is very good. Prioritizing things in
terms of urgency and what will bring you the most relief.

I very highly recommend getting a second opinion, as well. I
don't know where you're located but there are some docs I
would prefer over others for this matter. I guess what I'm saying
is to find the absolute best person, even if it means a little travel
providing you have the means to do so.
