Thank you Learian for the comment. I am myself still in
amazement of the length of recovery for this, I thought I would
be fine in 3 weeks! My fatigue is SLOWLY wearing off but this
pressure can be insane. It also feels like my teeth and gums hurt
and my teeth might be slightly shifting?

BUT last night I was in the most insane REM sleep of the last 5
years. I had a super long deep sleep with long deep memorable
dreams. I woke up feeling like a new man. The discomfort gets
me down but after a night sleep like that it is a real pick me up! i
cant really feel my upper gums and I guess a lot of the healing
process is a mystery with all the cut nerves, but hearing that I
am not alone makes everything a lot more tolerable!!

Your docs advice is sound, too much talking and chewing more
than I can hack has not been wise. OUCH
