needed braces again. For me, it was the position of the maxilla
and the upper teeth w/ respect to my upper lip. I've heard from
my dentist that, in a battle between muscle and bone (which
teeth are set in), the muscles always win. So my upper lip
muscle pulled my front teeth back a bit so I was biting tip to tip
in the front, if that makes sense.

I'm glad to hear about the good night of sleep! Here's to many
more sleep-filled nights!
