your incision may still be healing. I think that you've had less numbness than many of us, and the numbness can mask a LOT of little pains that disappear without fuss.

Give it some time and see if it changes - otherwise call your surgeon for advice.

Just a head's up - there may be more of these weird pains and sensations coming. They can appear out of nowhere, be extremely annoying, and then go away. The healing process is often strange...
