Very depressing indeed to go through all of that with little or no progress. I can't help but think that your results would interest a researcher looking for another piece of the OSA puzzle.

It could be that you have something non-mainstream like epiglottis failure or maybe some sort of respiratory drive problem caused by a metabolic issue.

As for sleep endoscopy, I would go for it even though many Drs say it doesn't mimic real sleep well enough to be valuable. You've already tried their path, now it's time to try others.

OSA never ceases to amaze me with the amount of work it takes to solve.

Either way, keep us posted.
