Thank you for the quick replies! The UPPP scares the heck out of me! I don't think I'm ready to part with my uvula. haha. :) I was thinking I'd like to address the tonsils and deviated septum first off - mainly since they've been bothering me for years. And of course, lose weight. I've been on weight watchers for 2 months now - lost a whopping 2 lbs so far - but exercise is getting easier at least. Hard to believe that just one year ago I was able to run 3 miles and I was 25lbs lighter.

PS going to the sleep clinic was a last resort for me. Been going to all sorts of doctors for years getting tested for everything - all coming out normal. I didn't even suspect a sleeping disorder until earlier this year.
